Education for all. Leave no one behind. Education is the fundamental right of everyone. But considering the fact that in the developing country like Nepal many of deprived groups (Dalits/girls/children with disabilities and so) are left behind with this right of education.
Realizing the fact, Department of Disabilities and Orphanage of Conquer Nepal design the project “Higher Education Support Program for Children with Disabilities”. Under this project, we select the student with disabilities and support the student financially and non-financially for their higher education.
Avoiding duplication and issues, Conquer Nepal selected 3 students with disabilities from Kathmandu District and organize a support program on 16th March 2019 in the chairmanship of organization’s Chairperson Mr. Kishor Prasad Poudel.
Mr. Milan Dahal from the Dept. of Disabilities and Orphanage of Conquer Nepal handed educational materials (writing notebooks, geometry boxes, pens and other) to the students with disabilities.
Likewise, Mr. Manish Ale Magar, Youth Ambassador – Conquer Nepal, handed Nrs. Five thousand (Nrs. 5000.00) to each parent of children with disabilities for the higher studies as scholarship.
